Every Pup Class program comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We build our protocols on published, peer-reviewed research — and we stand behind them. The details depend on which program you purchased.

Starter programs (under $10)

Any starter-priced program (under $10) comes with a full, no-questions-asked refund. If you're not happy for any reason within 30 days — email us, and we refund every cent. No forms, no paperwork.

Standard programs ($47+)

For our $47 front-end programs, the $397 Behavior Architect, and the $497 Good Boy Vault, the 30-day money-back guarantee works as follows:

Path A — You accessed less than 25% of the content

If our delivery and engagement logs show you've accessed fewer than 25% of the program's lessons, we refund you in full. Just submit the refund questionnaire below. We don't need a reason.

Path B — You accessed 25% or more and the methods didn't work

If you've gone further into the program and genuinely applied the methods as described, and they did not produce results for your dog, we will still refund you in full. To qualify:

  1. Fill out our refund questionnaire — we'll ask which lessons you completed, which protocols you applied, for how long, and what happened.
  2. Provide brief evidence of having tried the methods — this can be as simple as a few sentences describing what you did and the outcome, a short video, or training-log entries. We're not looking for a thesis — just honest proof that you gave the program a real shot.
  3. We review your submission (typically within 2 business days) and process the refund to your original payment method.

What we track

We maintain access logs, delivery records, and engagement data for every account. These records tell us which lessons were accessed and when. This is how we determine whether the 25% threshold applies. These records are referenced in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

  1. Use our refund request form, or email [email protected] from the address you used at purchase.
  2. Include your order ID if you have it (check your receipt email).
  3. For standard programs ($47+), complete the short questionnaire — we'll send it to you if you email us directly.
  4. We process the refund to your original payment method and send you a confirmation email.

EU consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase. However, because our programs are digital content delivered immediately, we ask you at checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this waives your 14-day withdrawal right once access begins (as permitted under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). This waiver is separate from our 30-day guarantee above, which we offer voluntarily and which is more generous than the statutory minimum.
